Our selection & recruiting procedure includes through vetting of each and every seafarer by experts having long experience in ship management & onboard sailing.( includes ex-Captains, Chief Officers Chief Engineers in respective fields.). Crewing secion is MLC certified & registered under Sri Lanka flag.
The training sessions are provided during induction/ pre joining together with the documents for onboard familiarization and training for all seafarers. Our crew management focus to enhance their knowledge and to address Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental issues. We also have developed on-board Training & Familiarization programme in line with the necessities by legislation which we can adjust with your operational requirements. We make sure our clients gets the best people to employ on their ships by comprehensive vetting process which fully transparent to our clients. We maintain crew records in a centralized database system with updating facility.
